We do not offer general repair services or unapproved maintenance actions. Our role is to inspect and certify aircraft as airworthy under applicable FAA guidelines.

2. Service Requests & Availability
Submitting a service request via this website does not guarantee service. All appointments are subject to approval based on inspector availability, aircraft type, location, and compliance with FAA inspection guidelines. Certifly IA reserves the right to accept or decline any request at its discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting an inspection. Any falsified or misleading information may result in cancellation or refusal of service.

Aircraft must be made safely accessible and meet FAA requirements for inspection readiness. Certifly IA is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible aircraft, unsafe conditions, or missing documentation.

4. Geographic Coverage
Certifly IA operates as a mobile service and may not be available in all locations. Travel fees may apply based on distance or time zone.

5. Payment & Invoicing
At this time, Certifly IA does not collect payments through the website. All billing and payments will be arranged directly with clients after inspection details are confirmed. Late payments or non-payment may result in cancellation of future services.

6. Limitation of Liability
Certifly IA is not liable for any damages, delays, or missed flights resulting from failed inspections, regulatory issues, or aircraft noncompliance. Our inspections are performed based on FAA standards and the condition of the aircraft at the time of inspection.
